Program Development

Launch your next project or program successfully and keep it on track!

I can work with your team to create a project roadmap, identify key ingredients for program success and support end-to-end project management—from launch through to sustainability planning.

    • Draft and edit project proposals

    • Create a program plan and timeline

    • Develop an evaluation framework, identify key indicators and a plan for tracking progress and success

Program Evaluation

It’s critical to ensure your initiative reaches the right audience, is used as intended and has an impact. I work with clients to support evaluation planning, implementation and communication of findings.

    • Develop a tailored evaluation plan or framework based on identified goals, work with partners to determine appropriate indicators

    • Identify evidence-based scales/instruments or develop new tools to support data collection

    • Implement an evaluation plan: this could involve data collection, including deploying surveys or conducting interviews

    • Data analysis: high-level quantitative data analysis or thematic analysis, including inductive qualitative coding

    • Report on findings: draft written summaries, prepare data for conference submissions, determine knowledge translation strategies, communicate to knowledge holders

Partnership and Engagement

Active and meaningful engagement of affected communities is an integral part of successful public health research, education and policy work. I can facilitate community dialogue and advise on when and how to optimize engagement of knowledge holders.

    • Develop a tailored engagement framework and provide guidance on how and when to engage key knowledge holders

    • Plan and initiate a community advisory committee for a given evaluation, research study or initiative

    • Suggest creative ways to meaningfully engage a range of knowledge holders - dialogues, events, virtual forums, etc.

Clinical Education

Busy clinicians need ready-to-access evidence-based information that’s digestible and speaks their language.

I understand a number of clinical environments and what types of tools and supports work best for health professionals.

I have experience in competency development, content creation for clinical education programs and the use of virtual platforms to optimize team-based learning.

    • Translate research findings into clinical resources and tools

    • Provide guidance on how to engage clinicians in education program development for improved outcomes

    • Support the development of competencies and create digestible, engaging, evidence-based content for education programs
